Timezone Settings

Set your timezone for accurate campaign scheduling. All call times will be calculated based on this timezone.

Account Settings -> Profile Tab -> Timezone Settings

Step 2: Add Your Knowledge

Upload documents, URLs, or text to power your agent with RAG—so responses stay accurate and context-aware.

From the Navigation:

Knowledge Base -> Choose Add URL / Add Files/Text  

Step 3: Pick a phone number

Rent Phone Number

Manage your dedicated phone numbers for inbound and outbound calls.

From Telephony navigation - > Phone number -> Buy Number
